You’ll be crafting, conducting, and analyzing user tests and quality checks for a portfolio of over 200k freelance recruiters. With a team of 110 already on deck, you’ll work in San Francisco on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and remotely the rest of the week.

What they're looking for

  • Proven experience in copy testing and quality assurance in a recruitment industry setting.
  • Proficiency in using QA tools, preferably in an AI or marketplace environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and improve user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience
