Forward Deployed Engineer

Enterprise software implementations still drag on for half a year, bloated with manual configuration and human error. As our first Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our autonomous agents and the messy reality of customer data systems. You will dive directly into client environments, sculpting the integrations and workflows that allow our AI to execute migrations that previously required entire project teams. This is a highly technical, customer-adjacent role where your code directly dictates the speed and accuracy of our deployments.

What they're looking for

  • 0 to 5 years of engineering experience, comfortable working across cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proficiency in Python to build, tweak, and troubleshoot data integrations on the fly.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise data structures within systems such as Salesforce or Quickbooks.
  • Willingness to operate in the trenches with customers, translating their operational requirements into functional automated workflows.
  • Based in or willing to travel occasionally to San Francisco or New York; remote work is fully supported.
