When AI agents act on our behalf, proving who they are—and who they represent—becomes a critical fault line. This role bridges the gap between our core infrastructure and the enterprise teams integrating it, translating complex identity protocols into robust deployments. You will dive directly into customer environments to architect solutions, untangle edge cases, and harden the connective tissue of our API and SDK offerings. This is heavy, unscripted engineering at the sharp end of the agentic shift.

What they're looking for

  • 3-5 years of software engineering experience shipping production code in Python or TypeScript.
  • Hands-on fluency deploying and orchestrating services with Docker and Kubernetes across AWS or GCP.
  • Strong aptitude for customer-facing problem solving, capable of translating ambiguous enterprise requirements into concrete technical architecture.
  • Deep familiarity with REST API design and FastAPI or JavaScript frameworks for building resilient integrations.
