You'll spend Monday demoing warehouse operators how existing camera feeds spot pallet bottlenecks in real time, Tuesday sketching integration architectures with plant engineers in Dallas, Wednesday building a Python prototype to validate edge-deployment specs. This is pre-product-market-fit land: you're inventing how customers buy, not refining a playbook someone else wrote. The cameras are already mounted. You make them think.
What they're looking for
- 1-5 years in technical sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles in industrial or physical-world tech
- Comfort writing Python to parse APIs, manipulate video metadata, or prototype lightweight integrations
- Ability to translate between warehouse floor operations and engineering architecture without losing either audience
- Experience selling or deploying into manufacturing, logistics, or physical security environments
- Based in Texas or willing to operate on Central time zone hours; ready to travel to customer sites regularly
