Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Frameworks

In your first year, you'll architect and implement core frameworks that empower our AI-driven healthcare platform, enhancing data security and streamlining workflows for clinicians and administrators. You will also guide our engineering team, ensuring our systems remain robust and scalable. This role involves designing and building microservices to support intelligent healthcare solutions, driven by secure, reliable backends, including multiple cloud platforms, and integrating these systems into a cohesive whole.
What they're looking for
- 5-15 years of experience in software engineering, with proficiency in Python, Go, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of senior engineers in the design and development of scalable, secure systems.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, with experience in deploying and managing cloud services on AWS and Azure.
- Strong understanding of RPC and experience building microservices in a healthcare or security-focused environment.
