In your first year, you'll spearhead the design and implementation of novel, high-speed metal production machinery. Your expertise will accelerate the cutting-edge tech, including robotic solutions, that underpin their advanced manufacturing processes. Lead a talented team of engineers to innovate and build prototypes to stay ahead in defense, logistics, and robotics. Manage and mentor engineers to ensure the highest standards in quality and safety, always driving towards operational excellence. You'll work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute projects that increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall output.
What they're looking for
- Proven background in manufacturing engineering with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
- Extensive proficiency in C/C++ programming, particularly in automation and robotics
- Proven track record in defense, logistics, and robotics sectors
- Experience working in a startup environment with a small, close-knit team.
- Located in Los Angeles and committed to on-site work
