We're a small, well-funded team that started this year with a clear thesis: the next leap in enterprise AI won't come from better prompts—it will come from agents that can reason across dozens of business tools, securely and at scale. As our first infrastructure hire, you'll own the runtime that makes that possible. Think high-performance sandboxes, multi-tenant orchestration, and a control plane that stays reliable even when thousands of agents are making independent decisions in parallel. You'll work in Rust, Go, and C++ at the low level, shape our Kubernetes primitives, and define what production readiness means here before anyone else does.
What they're looking for
- 4–8 years building and operating infrastructure for distributed systems, with significant depth in Rust, Go, or modern C++
- Hands-on experience designing multi-tenant architectures on Kubernetes in a production cloud environment
- Comfort reasoning about security boundaries, sandboxing strategies, and the tradeoffs between isolation and performance
- Familiarity with TypeScript enough to bridge backend systems with the agent runtime layer when needed
- Bias toward simplicity and a track record of shipping infrastructure that other engineers actually want to use
