You are an engineer who sees code as a diagnostic tool, driven to replace subjective tissue analysis with precise, algorithmic clarity. In this role, you will architect deep learning models that parse gigapixel whole-slide images to uncover patterns invisible to the human eye. Your work directly bridges the gap between raw computational power and life-saving clinical decisions, scaling pipelines that serve pathologists across North America.
What they're looking for
- 5 to 10 years of production experience building computer vision systems with Python and PyTorch.
- Proven track record deploying scalable ML workflows on AWS, GCP, or Azure using tools like Kubeflow or MLflow.
- Deep familiarity with handling massive biomedical image datasets and optimizing inference for clinical environments.
- Strong engineering discipline in CI/CD, version control, and maintaining robust, reproducible model lifecycles.
