What they're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production infrastructure or backend systems
  • Fluency in Python and TypeScript, with deep proficiency in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Proven ability to manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and design reliable CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience building resilient REST APIs and managing PostgreSQL databases at scale
  • Comfort operating on-site in New York within a small, technical team
