In your first year, you'll lead a team to build scalable AI systems that handle complex financial documents. They'll work on Python and TypeScript, to transform how tax data is processed. Your work will minimize manual work for professionals in this field. This team is growing fast, and you will be crucial in defining the group’s engineering standards and collaborative culture.
What they're looking for
- A decade or two of software development and leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and AI development in a fintech setting.
- Evidence of guiding a team through significant growth, both in terms of headcount and project complexity.
