Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Enterprise phone calls remain stubbornly manual and sclerotic. As our senior infrastructure engineer, you will forge the Kubernetes-driven backbone that lets our AI voice agents handle real-time audio traffic at scale. You will own the Terraform modules provisioning multi-cloud resources and tune the CI/CD pipelines pushing code to production. Your work directly determines whether thousands of concurrent calls flow without a single dropped syllable.

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years architecting and maintaining production Kubernetes and Docker environments.
  • Fluency in Terraform and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience building robust CI/CD pipelines and creating observability stacks with Grafana.
  • Working proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation and tooling.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the San Francisco or South Bay Area.
