In your first year, you'll build and optimize data pipelines to empower physicians, streamline clinical workflows, and ensure AI insights come to life. You'll be an early member of a small, dedicated team, instrumental in developing infrastructure for a startup founded by physicians—those who know best what the industry needs. In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of critical data projects to make healthcare smarter. Snowflake and Airflow will be your everyday tools to transform data into actionable insights.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, healthcare or SaaS industry
- Proficient in Snowflake and Airflow
- Proven experience in building and optimizing data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving healthcare through data
- Experience working in a startup environment with a physician-led focus
