You'll own the full stack that keeps synthetic data pipelines and RL environments alive. Monday might mean profiling a Python worker that generates physics simulations; Thursday could be wiring Terraform for a new European cluster. The work sits right between infrastructure and research—your platform decisions directly shape how agents learn.

What they're looking for

  • Fluency in Python and at least one systems language, with experience running production services end-to-end
  • Track record designing infrastructure for compute-heavy workloads—simulation, rendering, or model training
  • Comfortable with infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and observability across multiple regions
  • Able to debug across abstractions, from kernel behavior to application-level race conditions
  • Thrives in small technical teams where platform engineers sit close to researchers and shipping culture is strong
