Staff Machine Learning Engineer

We need a Staff ML Engineer to architect the models that let marketing campaigns run, adapt, and scale themselves. You will own the ML lifecycle from training to deployment, turning raw performance metrics into autonomous growth engines.

What they're looking for

  • 5-8 years building and shipping machine learning systems in production
  • Deep fluency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow for model development
  • Experience orchestrating infrastructure with Kubernetes, Airflow, and Spark
  • Track record managing the ML lifecycle using MLflow
  • Willingness to work on-site in the South Bay Area, San Francisco
