Building the infrastructure layer for autonomous AI agents that actually work in production.
Founding Engineer
You'll join a small, well-funded team that believes the next workforce won't be hired—it will be configured. We're not wrapping APIs or demoing chatbots; we're solving the hard distributed systems problems that stand between agent architectures and enterprise reliability. As our first engineering hire outside the founding team, you'll shape core infrastructure, set technical direction, and write the code that determines how thousands of agents coordinate, reason, and act. This is a hands-on build role for someone who wants their work to define a category, not just contribute to a product.
What they're looking for
- Deep fluency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, and enough Node.js experience to know when it's the right tool and when it isn't
- Comfort owning cloud infrastructure end-to-end: you've provisioned with Terraform, shipped containers on Kubernetes, and debugged production incidents in AWS
- 3–7 years building and shipping software, with at least one chapter of your career spent at an early-stage company or on a zero-to-one product
- Clear opinions on system design and developer experience, paired with low ego and a instinct for pragmatism over perfection
- You treat ambiguity as raw material and can turn a loosely defined problem into a working system without someone handing you a spec
