Deployment Manager

We’re rethinking how prediction works—starting from first principles—and our early results have drawn serious attention from leaders in finance, insurance, and consumer tech. As Deployment Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our research and the real world: owning technical integrations, shaping the client experience from first call to full rollout, and ensuring our models deliver measurable impact inside partner organizations. This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role where you’ll write Python one hour and lead a working session with a quant desk the next.

What they're looking for

  • 3–6 years in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or technical customer success role, ideally at a startup shipping AI or data-heavy products
  • Fluent in Python with a track record of building integrations, data pipelines, or lightweight tooling on tight timelines
  • Comfortable translating technical complexity for financial services, marketing, or consumer audiences and earning trust with technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments and own the full lifecycle—scoping, delivery, troubleshooting, and expansion
  • Biased toward action: you’d rather prototype a quick fix today than wait for a polished feature next quarter
