Most days involve debugging Python delivery pipelines, pairing with customers over Slack to untangle edge cases, and shipping TypeScript patches that make agents sound less robotic. The work sits at the intersection of sales operations and machine learning infrastructure—you're the person who makes abstract AI capabilities feel reliable enough to run revenue.

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years shipping production Python or TypeScript/NodeJS in B2B or enterprise environments
  • Proven track record embedding with customers to diagnose problems and implement solutions in real time
  • Comfortable reading and modifying ML inference pipelines even if you didn't train the models
  • Experience building Slack-native workflows or deep familiarity with sales engagement tools
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for a hybrid schedule with regular in-person collaboration
