Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)
We're a small, well-funded team writing software that orchestrates fleets, warehouses, and supply chains—the invisible infrastructure that moves everything from freight to field-service crews. As a founding engineer, you'll shape the core platform from architecture to UI, working directly with early design partners in logistics and manufacturing who depend on our system to make real-time operational decisions. This is a zero-abstraction engineering role: you'll ship TypeScript and React on the front end, NodeJS and Python services on the back end, and AWS infrastructure that talks to physical-world data streams. We're in-person in San Francisco because we believe the hardest integration problems get solved around a whiteboard and a noisy office.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years building and shipping full-stack software in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React
- Comfortable with Python for data pipelines, scripting, or service-layer work
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems like Salesforce, ERPs, or operational tools
- Deep familiarity with AWS—you've designed services, reasoned about scaling, and managed infrastructure as code
- Bias toward pragmatism and ownership: you've thrived on small, high-trust teams where engineering decisions directly shape the product and the business
