We're building autonomous agents that own the grind of campaign execution—versioning, compliance checks, cross-channel assembly—so creative and ops teams move at the speed of their ideas, not their toolchains. As our first dedicated AI security hire, you'll define how hardened infrastructure meets unpredictable model behavior. This means threat modeling agentic workflows, securing CI/CD pipelines that ship generated content, and designing guardrails that protect both the platform and the brands it serves. You'll partner directly with infrastructure and ML teams, working on-site in Seattle to make security a product primitive, not an afterthought.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in security engineering with deep hands-on experience securing Kubernetes clusters and Terraform-managed cloud infrastructure
- Track record of hardening CI/CD pipelines and containerized production environments at scale
- Practical understanding of AI/ML attack surfaces—prompt injection, model output validation, data poisoning—and how to mitigate them
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about application code to identify security gaps in agent-driven systems
- Sharp communicator who can align engineering, product, and leadership around pragmatic security decisions without slowing momentum
