Founding Full-Stack Engineer

We’re putting agentic vision-language models onto smart glasses so technicians on oil rigs, flight lines, and grid substations can work with an AI that sees what they see and reasons alongside them. This is a two-person team with fresh funding, real hardware in the field, and customers who operate at industrial scale. You’ll own the full stack that connects edge devices to cloud reasoning pipelines—building operator dashboards, streaming interfaces, and the connective tissue that makes a heads-up AI co-pilot feel instantaneous and indispensable. This is a San Francisco on-site role where you’ll shape everything from database schema to deployment rhythm, working directly alongside the founders.

What they're looking for

  • 2–5 years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack applications with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Proficiency in Python for backend services, scripting, or ML-adjacent tooling
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), PostgreSQL, Redis, and containerized deployments using Docker
  • Comfort owning CI/CD pipelines, REST API design, and production observability from day one
  • Eagerness to work on-site in San Francisco and iterate directly with hardware in a small, high-trust team
