You'll spend your mornings pairing with the CTO on Python services that chew through messy ERP and CRM datasets, afternoons shipping React/Next.js interfaces that let non-technical users audit what the agents fixed, and Fridays stress-testing LangChain pipelines against edge cases from real customer environments. This is building from literal first principles—no inherited tech debt, no design-by-committee, just you and one other engineer deciding how agentic systems should actually behave when they touch production data.

What they're looking for

  • 1-10 years shipping production code, with demonstrable work in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent
  • Comfort defining schemas and APIs for systems where data quality, not just availability, is the critical path
  • Prior exposure to enterprise data landscapes—CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, or similar systems of record
  • Willingness to work on-site in New York City with a tiny, pre-product-market-fit team
