Industrial labor operates on outdated scheduling and phone calls, leaving warehouses and factories scrambling to fill shifts while workers remain sidelined. We need a product engineer who can translate complex marketplace dynamics into seamless, full-stack web experiences. You will build across the entire platform, from crafting intuitive React interfaces to designing robust Node and PostgreSQL backends, ensuring shifts are filled and operations stay on track.
What they're looking for
- 1 to 5 years of software engineering experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, or Python
- Aptitude for full-stack development and comfort navigating PostgreSQL databases
- Sharp product instincts with the ability to own features from whiteboard to deployment
- Willingness to work on-site in New York alongside a tight-knit, growth-stage team
