What they're looking for
- 1 to 5 years in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or technical support.
- Aptitude for untangling messy, legacy financial or operational workflows in construction, fintech, or real estate.
- Comfort communicating technical architecture to non-technical operators while steering strategic accounts.
