Lead Software Engineer - Backend

You'll spend your days designing data pipelines that ingest messy engineering signals—Git commits, CI runs, incident pages—and transform them into structured insights that managers actually use. Most of your code will ship in TypeScript or Python, though you'll sometimes reach for Go when latency matters. Expect to review a lot of PRs from junior engineers, debate schema designs with the data team, and occasionally debug why a customer's Azure integration is throttling at 3pm on a Tuesday. This is a team that still builds together in person a few days each week in San Francisco and the South Bay.
