Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re putting advanced language models directly into the hands of physicians and health system operators—and we need engineers who can make that integration feel inevitable. This role sits at the intersection of full-stack engineering, on-the-ground solution design, and clinical workflow. You’ll embed with large provider organizations, understand their operational friction deeply, and ship tailored Python, React, and Go-based tooling that turns raw AI capability into reliable, daily-use software. The work is part builder, part investigator: prototype a FastAPI service in the morning, debug a HL7 feed after lunch, then whiteboard a UI improvement with a revenue cycle director before the day ends.
