Thousands of brands are drowning in verbatim feedback they can’t act on. We’re building the reasoning layer that reads between the lines: surfacing not just what customers say, but what they actually mean. As a product engineer, you’ll own features end-to-end across a Python and FastAPI backend, shaping how analysts query and interrogate unstructured data at scale. You’ll ship work that directly changes how marketing and product teams prioritize their roadmaps. This is a hands-on, on-site role in New York for someone who listens to users like they listen to code.
What they're looking for
- 3–6 years building and shipping production software, ideally in B2B or enterprise settings
- Strong backend fluency in Python and FastAPI, with PostgreSQL data modeling experience
- Comfort deploying and monitoring services on AWS
- Instinct for product thinking: you care about the why behind a feature, not just the how
- Clear, low-ego communication and a habit of following through on ambiguous problems
