Senior Product Engineer

You'll spend most mornings pairing with designers to prototype new client-facing workout interfaces in React and TypeScript, then afternoons shipping Node services that handle eligibility checks against insurer systems. This is a product-forward engineering role: you're the one noticing when a form field costs a user their coverage, and refactoring it before anyone asks. The codebase connects real human trainers with patients whose plans actually pay for the service—your deploy decisions affect whether someone shows up to their session tomorrow.

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years building consumer web products with React and TypeScript in production
  • Solid Node.js experience, including API design and debugging in event-driven architectures
  • Comfort working in regulated domains—healthcare, fintech, or similar—where shipping carefully matters more than shipping fast
  • Fluency with AWS primitives (not just Lambda-by-default) and relational data modeling in MySQL
  • History of collaborating with product and design as a stakeholder, not just an implementer
