You are the architect who prefers building systems from the ground up rather than maintaining legacy code, thriving in an environment where your technical decisions directly shape the product roadmap. In this on-site New York role, you will lead a small, elite team to construct a scalable revenue agent using Next.js, NodeJS, and Python on GCP. Your work will define the engineering culture and technical foundation for a well-funded startup poised to transform how large organizations manage growth.
What they're looking for
- 5 to 12 years of full-stack experience with deep expertise in React, NodeJS, and Python.
- Proven track record of leading engineering functions or serving as a primary technical lead in a startup setting.
- Strong proficiency designing cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to translate complex B2B data requirements into robust, scalable software solutions.
- Desire to work on-site in New York and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
