Senior Machine Learning Engineer
We are building a platform where conversation feels indistinguishable from speaking with a thoughtful human agent—machines that don't just transcribe, but understand intent, recover gracefully from misunderstandings, and solve real problems in milliseconds. This team operates at the intersection of research and product, taking ideas from paper to production in weeks, not quarters. You'll design and train large-scale NLU and speech models that serve millions of calls a month across heavily regulated industries. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models, with deep fluency in Python and PyTorch.
- Strong background in natural language understanding, dialogue systems, or speech processing, including work with sequence-to-sequence architectures and transformer models.
