Sr/Staff AI Engineer

You'll spend mornings debugging retrieval pipelines that pull from ERP systems, afternoons building React interfaces where controllers review AI-generated journal entries, and late afternoons stress-testing prompt chains against edge cases in lease accounting or revenue recognition. This is hands-on work: shipping Python services to AWS, refining agent orchestration logic, and occasionally pair-programming with the finance SMEs who sit two desks away. The month-end deadline for customers is real, so reliability and latency matter as much as model accuracy.

What they're looking for

  • 4+ years shipping production ML systems or AI agents, not just notebooks or prototypes
  • Solid Python and AWS operational experience: Lambda, ECS, or similar; infrastructure-as-code a plus
  • Comfortable owning features across the stack, including React frontends when the work calls for it
  • Demonstrated ability to translate messy financial data into structured, model-ready inputs
  • Experience in B2B enterprise environments where accuracy, auditability, and customer trust are non-negotiable
