Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Recommendation
We're rethinking what short-form video becomes when every clip is a canvas for play, remixing, and shared experiences—not passive watching. The recommendations team owns the core feed that introduces millions of users to content they didn't know they needed. You'll design retrieval and ranking systems from scratch, running large-scale experiments that directly shape how a global audience discovers interactive entertainment. This is a zero-to-one ML environment with a small, sharp team where your modeling choices land in production weekly.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of machine learning experience with a focus on recommendation, ranking, or feed systems
- Deep fluency in Python and at least one major framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow), plus comfort reasoning about tradeoffs in model architecture
- Track record of shipping models to production and designing online evaluation frameworks (A/B testing, counterfactual analysis)
- Strong grasp of the full data pipeline—feature engineering, training infra, and serving at scale
- Clear communication habits and genuine interest in working alongside engineers, designers, and product thinkers in a small, iterative team
