Building the infrastructure that teaches AI agents how to work.
Member of Technical Staff, Software Engineer
We are constructing simulated environments where autonomous agents learn, fail, and adapt—thousands of them running in parallel, every second. This isn't a demo. It's a training substrate that enterprise teams rely on to ship reliable AI systems, and it needs to be fast, composable, and ruthlessly well-engineered. You'll design APIs that orchestrate complex agent lifecycles, extend a real-time execution engine written in Rust, and shape the observability surfaces customers use to understand what their agents are actually doing. We're a small, focused team in San Francisco with fresh funding and a growing roster of demanding technical users.
What they're looking for
- Deep fluency in Python and production experience with FastAPI or similar async frameworks
- Comfort working across the stack—TypeScript and React on the front end, data modeling on the back end
- Exposure to Rust, or strong systems intuition and a genuine desire to learn it on the job
- Instinct for building observable, debuggable systems (Redis, structured logging, metrics) rather than trusting magic
- 0–8 years of experience; we care far more about your taste in APIs and your debugging rigor than your graduation year
