Senior/Staff Full Stack Software Engineer
You'll spend mornings refining the TypeScript and NodeJS backbone that routes context between local models and cloud inference, then afternoons tuning React interfaces where users actually steer the AI. Sometimes you'll drop into C/C++ or Swift when latency matters—building the bridge between raw silicon performance and something a person wants to touch. This is a nine-person team with real funding and no time for theater; your code ships to users within days, not quarters.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years shipping production full-stack systems, with serious depth in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React
- Track record of building products where AI behavior is surfaced directly to consumers, not buried in backend pipelines
- Comfortable writing and reviewing C/C++ or Swift when the problem demands native performance, not just the technologies you prefer
- Experience on teams small enough that you could name every person's core strength— you know what ownership actually means
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; this team shares space deliberately
