A well-funded team building the AI layer that turns institutional expertise into compounding advantage.
Product Engineer
We're building a system that ingests the messy, high-stakes workflows of investment professionals—memos, models, diligence trackers, portfolio reviews—and gives them back as structured, queryable intelligence. This isn't a chatbot wrapper. It’s a deep integration of reasoning models with the actual artifacts that drive capital allocation. You'll shape how analysts and PMs interact with AI not as a toy, but as a colleague that understands their process. The work spans React interfaces that make complexity feel simple, Python services that orchestrate multi-step reasoning, and the occasional Excel parser that respects the reality of finance.
What they're looking for
- Fluency across the stack: you're comfortable in React and TypeScript on the front end, and Python or Node on the back end.
- Experience building products that rely on LLMs—prompting strategies, chained completions, RAG, or agentic patterns.
- An instinct for turning ambiguous user needs into crisp, shippable interfaces without a spec handed to you.
- Comfort working with financial or structured data—you don't need a CFA, but you understand why a DCF matters.
- 2–10 years of product engineering experience, with a bias toward early-stage environments where your work ships daily.
