Member of Technical Staff - Forward Deployed Engineer

Financial institutions are desperate to integrate frontier AI, yet the simulated environments required to safely train these models remain woefully inadequate. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our core platform and the complex demands of enterprise clients, turning abstract capabilities into concrete, working solutions. Expect to write production Python and TypeScript, stand up Next.js interfaces on AWS, and own the entire lifecycle of a deployment inside the strict guardrails of financial services.

What they're looking for

  • 1-5 years of software engineering experience shipping production code.
  • Fluency in Python and TypeScript, with practical knowledge of Next.js.
  • Familiarity with containerized deployments using Docker and AWS infrastructure.
  • An ability to navigate complex enterprise requirements, particularly within financial services.
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.
