Senior/Staff Software Engineer — Full Stack
We're reshaping identity security from the ground up—unifying fragmented permissions, access policies, and user lifecycles into one coherent platform. As a product-minded full stack engineer, you'll own features end to end, moving fluidly between a TypeScript frontend that operators actually enjoy using and a Go backend that processes millions of authorization checks daily. You won't just implement specs; you'll talk to customers, question assumptions, and ship work that directly reduces real-world attack surfaces. This is a role for someone who finds equal satisfaction in a well-crafted UI component and a tightly scoped API change—both in service of making security simpler and more effective for large enterprises.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years building production software, with meaningful depth in TypeScript and Go
- Comfortable working across the stack—from responsive, stateful interfaces down to high-throughput backend services
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and driving them to shipped outcomes with minimal oversight
