You are a technical translator who thrives in the gap between complex AI architecture and real-world business workflows. In this foundational role, you will embed directly with pilot customers to configure Salesforce and Zendesk integrations that power their first agentic operations. Your work defines the deployment playbook for a tiny, elite team reshaping how enterprises leverage artificial intelligence.

What they're looking for

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or forward deployment.
  • Hands-on proficiency configuring enterprise platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk for complex use cases.
  • Ability to diagnose technical blockers and communicate clear solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
