Enterprise and government clients rarely lack raw data; they lack digital workers capable of adapting to it. As our first forward deployed engineer, you will stand up complex integrations, troubleshoot live production issues, and bridge the gap between what our AI models output and what public-sector and B2B customers actually need. Expect to write plenty of Python and TypeScript while architecting solutions directly alongside end users in San Francisco.
What they're looking for
- 0 to 5 years of software engineering experience, with practical exposure to Python, TypeScript, Next.js, or React
- Comfortable building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS
- Experience wiring large language models into production workflows using frameworks like Langchain or the OpenAI API
- Strong communication skills for translating technical capabilities into concrete enterprise and government solutions
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco and own customer outcomes end-to-end
