What they're looking for
- 5 to 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, focused on defense or aerospace manufacturing.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes.
- Experience with defense systems and government contracting preferred.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive results in a team setting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
