Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Wellness

You'll embed directly with enterprise wellness clients to build, deploy, and refine AI-driven tools that surface risk signals and automate care workflows. Most days involve writing production code in TypeScript or Python, debugging integrations with health data pipelines, and sitting in working sessions with clinical teams to translate their operational needs into working systems. You'll own the health of your deployments end-to-end, from initial architecture through steady-state optimization, often pushing fixes the same day you identify them alongside customers.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years building production software in Node.js, Python, or modern React/Next.js stacks, with at least 2 years in client-facing or embedded engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data ecosystems: HL7/FHIR, claims feeds, EHR integrations, or similar regulated data pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to work ambiguous problem spaces with non-technical stakeholders, translating clinical or business requirements into scoped technical work
- Comfort with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS or GCP, Docker, CI/CD) and enough data engineering fluency to troubleshoot PostgreSQL, Redis, or PySpark pipelines
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites in New York, Boston, Chicago, or Texas; fully remote option available for strong candidates
