Infrastructure platform powering autonomous AI systems for defense and enterprise workloads.

Site Reliability Engineer

You'll own the reliability of compute clusters where AI agents execute mission-critical tasks—think pod autoscaling at 3 a.m., tracing a latency spike through a Prometheus maze, or hardening a Terraform module before a GovCloud deployment. The work sits at the intersection of raw infrastructure and autonomous software: your dashboards and runbooks directly determine whether agent fleets stay healthy or drift. Most days involve pairing with ML engineers to debug GPU node pressure, then switching to Python or Go to patch the orchestration layer itself. This is a small team where a single SRE decision ripples across every customer environment.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years running production Kubernetes at scale across AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Deep familiarity with observability stacks—Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing in practice, not just theory
  • Proficiency in Python or Go for building internal tooling and automation
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform, in regulated or high-availability contexts
  • Comfort with on-call rotations and incident management for systems where downtime carries real operational cost
