Join a healthcare AI company building ambient documentation technology that reduces clinician administrative burden. You'll work on a product used by major cancer treatment centers across the US, directly impacting how healthcare providers document patient care. As a Product Engineer, you'll collaborate across engineering and product to ship features that improve clinician workflows and patient outcomes. This is a remote role based in San Francisco working with a 60-person team.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python for backend and frontend development
  • Experience building user-facing features with React or similar modern frameworks
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment practices
  • 0–5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product and design teams
