AI platform automating clinical documentation for top oncology centers across the country
Software Engineer, Product
We’re building an ambient AI layer that listens to patient-clinician conversations and turns them into structured, specialty-specific notes — no dictation, no clicking through templates. Our system already supports some of the busiest cancer programs in the US, handling the documentation burden so clinicians can focus on the person in front of them. As a product engineer on a lean, hybrid team, you’ll own features end-to-end: shaping the UX for real-time note generation, refining how the AI surfaces clinically relevant details, and shipping improvements that measurably reduce charting time. This is a role for someone who wants their code to change how care is delivered, and who’s equally comfortable reasoning about a React component tree and a Python microservice.
What we're looking for
- 0–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with fluency in TypeScript, React, and at least one backend language (Python preferred)
- Comfort working across the stack — from crafting thoughtful UI interactions to designing APIs and debugging cloud infrastructure (AWS experience is a plus)
- A habit of tying technical decisions to user outcomes, whether that means shadowing a clinician or digging into usage metrics
- Clear, direct communication and a bias for shipping iteratively in a high-trust, remote-friendly environment
- Genuine curiosity about the healthcare domain and a desire to build tools that reduce burnout for the people delivering care
- Must be based in the United States.
