Testbed Engineer

We're seeking a Testbed Engineer to support the development and validation of frontier sensor systems that operate from space to ground level. You'll work on-site in Los Angeles with a 35-person team building physical-world intelligence through multi-modal sensing and geospatial analysis. This role bridges hardware engineering and software validation, requiring hands-on testbed design, execution, and analysis to ensure our sensor systems perform reliably across demanding environments.

What we're looking for

  • 4–15 years of aerospace, flight, or hardware test engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python and C/C++ for testbed automation and data processing
  • Strong background in sensor validation, calibration, or flight systems testing
  • Experience designing and executing test protocols for hardware operating in varied environmental conditions
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with a compact, mission-driven engineering team
