You'll join a three-person founding team building infrastructure and backend systems for an AI platform operating in healthcare payments. This is a foundational engineering role where you'll own core backend architecture and infrastructure decisions from the ground up. You'll work on-site in San Francisco with direct input on technical strategy and system design as the company scales.

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python and experience building scalable backend systems
  • Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, or DevOps practices
  • Comfortable working in early-stage environments with ambiguity and moving quickly
  • Experience with healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries a plus
