We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Implementations team, working directly with enterprise clients in life sciences and adjacent industries. You'll be a bridge between our product and customers, helping them integrate and optimize our AI platform into their development processes. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer collaboration, requiring you to write code, troubleshoot integrations, and support clients in getting the most value from the platform.

What we're looking for

  • 0–2 years of software engineering experience or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Python and REST APIs
  • Experience working with enterprise tools like Microsoft Excel or similar data platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort with hybrid work in New York or UK locations
