We're looking for an IT Manager to lead infrastructure and security initiatives at a growing AI software company based in San Francisco. You'll manage IT operations, oversee system security, and support a team of 75 as we scale our enterprise platform. This is an on-site role where you'll own the reliability and security of our infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in IT management, infrastructure, or systems administration
  • Proven expertise in security best practices and compliance frameworks
  • Experience managing IT operations and supporting technical teams at scale
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps principles
  • Ability to implement and maintain secure, reliable systems in a fast-growing environment
