Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead infrastructure initiatives at a B2B data company supporting foundational AI research. You'll own the design and reliability of systems handling large-scale data pipelines, working across Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and streaming technologies. Your work will directly impact how AI labs access and process critical training data. This is an on-site role in San Francisco with a 40-person team.

What we're looking for

  • 6–10 years of software engineering experience with focus on infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE
  • Production expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • Strong experience building and maintaining data systems (Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch)
  • Proficiency in Python and/or NodeJS for automation and tooling
  • Proven ability to design reliable, scalable systems handling high-volume data workloads
