We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead infrastructure and platform reliability for a rapidly growing AI voice agent platform. You'll design and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple providers, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability at scale. The role sits at the intersection of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering, supporting a 40-person team building enterprise voice automation solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting systems such as Grafana
  • Solid Python or scripting language skills for infrastructure automation
