You'll work directly with customers as a Forward Deployed Engineer, embedding with their teams to implement and optimize logistics solutions. This role blends technical problem-solving with customer support—you'll debug real-world deployments, gather requirements, and iterate on the product alongside users. You'll work across a 50-person team using modern tech like TypeScript, Go, and C++. Based in Seattle, New York, or Washington DC with hybrid flexibility.

What we're looking for

  • 2–6 years of software engineering or customer-facing technical experience
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, C++, or Java
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience troubleshooting production systems and supporting deployed solutions
  • Comfort working directly with customers in fast-moving environments
