Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build backend systems for an enterprise platform that addresses compliance challenges in AI deployments. You'll work on a small, focused team of 12 engineers designing scalable, production-grade infrastructure using Python, Azure, and Kubernetes. This is a fully remote role for someone with significant backend experience who can take ownership of complex distributed systems.

What we're looking for

  • 8–12 years of backend software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Production experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Experience building or integrating with vector databases and modern data pipelines
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code principles
